The Steel Mag Clock

The Steel Mag Clock is crafted from poplar wood repurposed from the TV show Steel Magnolias, where it was originally used for constructing doors and windows on set. This unique timepiece features inlays of rare African blackwood, a highly sought-after material now on the endangered species list and increasingly cost-prohibitive to source. The wood has been intentionally sanded in an irregular, haphazard manner, giving the clock a distinctive, lovingly worn look that tells its own story.
